It is used for the treatment of fine lines, acne scars and the improvement of the skin's texture, tone and color. Micro-injuries to the skin are made in order to aid in the production of collagen and elastin. The micro-channels allow topical gels, creams and serums to be absorbed more effectively, enhancing the effects in deeper layers of the skin. Microneedling can be used on all parts of the body: face, neck, decollete, arms, hands, legs, abdomen and back.
PRP-Platelet Rich Plasma: is a method whereby your blood is taken in a vial and spun down to separate out your body's own liquid gold which contains platelets, stem cells, and growth factors. It is then injected back into your skin, to accelerate a healing process by creating new collagen and elastin. PRP is used to rejuvenate skin, as an anti-aging method, to treat sun damage, scars, acne and for hair loss. Medical grade microneedling is often done afterwards to enhance the effectiveness of the treatment. Number of treatments depending upon the clients condition, for skin a minimum of 3 treatments every 6-8 weeks, for hair restoration, 6 treatments would be required. the skin will become thinker and soften the appearance of wrinkles.
